How do I know if I need a roof replacement?
There are a number of signs that it's time to replace but the biggest issues are:
- The roof is leaking
- The roof is 18 years or older
- Missing shingles or severe granule loss
- Recent severe weather

- Overgrowth of mold in the attic space
Can I upgrade my roof even if it doesn’t need to be replaced?
Yes you can! We can upgrade flashings around penetrations and spray our Roof Rescue solution that will restore the oils back into the shingle.
What warranties do you offer?
Lifetime warranty for metal roofs and GAF Timberline HDZ materials, as well as 10 and 25-year warranties for workmanship.
Will insurance cover a total roof replacement?
If a storm caused the damage then you have a good chance at having insurance pay for the replacement or at least repairs.
